Fee's

Please contact me directly to discuss my fees. Sessions are usually 50 minutes in length and payment is due at the end of every session. For your convenience I provide the service of keeping your credit card on file and I can process payment at end of every session.

Payment

I accept cash, check,  and all major credit cards along with HSA/FSA payment.

 

Insurance

I am currently an out of network provider which means, you may be able to get reimbursed by your insurance company if you have a PPO plan. I am able to provide you with a monthly summary that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Feel free to call and discuss this option with me in detail.

If you decide to use insurance for mental health coverage be sure to ask the following questions.

  • Is mental health coverage available as part of my plan?
  • Do I have a deductible?
  • What is my copayment?
    • In some cases the copayment amount is greater then what you would be paying if you payed out of pocket.
  • What is the coverage amount that Insurance will pay for my therapy?
  • How many sessions will insurance cover?

 

Cancellation Policy

Therapy works best when it happens on a consistent basis, but occasionally life happens and an appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. I am readily available to you via text or email to cancel and reschedule appointments. If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment and or do not notify me at least 24 hours in advance then you will be required to pay the full fee session. 

 

What should I expect out Therapy?

The therapeutic approach will be different for everyone because we are all unique individuals and goals of therapy will vary from person to person. My approach is unique in where I customize the therapeutic technique to your specific needs.
